Our roots are land. We understand the foundation of any good real estate opportunity can be the land itself. HOH can analyze, underwrite and determine highest and best use exits on multiple asset classes.
HOH invests in complex land transactions from rezoning and entitlements, speculative path of growth land, covered land plays and time sensitive projects requiring solutions. We have been involved in and currently working on multifamily value add, condo conversions, retail centers, long term and short term land plays and private financing.
House of Hamadeh
House of Hamadeh is the parent company and serves as the luxury residential remodel arm of HOH Investment Group. We seek to find homes in need of remodels from light updating to entire renovations and rebuilds.
Design focused and detail oriented, each home that House of Hamadeh has been involved in pays respect to its rich character and history of ownership.
We enhance the positive moments that have taken place in each home and always cater to its identity. All properties invoke beautiful colors of emotion, pride and a sense of belonging from the moment someone arrives to their new home.

HOH The Luxury Collection is comprised of the most luxurious estates held as a rental portfolio. These homes are held for a term of 1-5 years upon remodel.
